Our “Say Cheese!” photo competition is now over and our judges have spent weeks rating the most beautiful, funny and impressive GameDuell photos our community has to offer. With so many great pictures, our jury of experts had trouble choosing the best ones. But the winners are now in and we’d like to thank everyone who took the time to send us a picture and take part in the competition!

Smiling Faces at Villa südSee

GameDuell has joined forces with Heiner and Viktoria Lauterbach again this summer to present Villa südSee with a 5,000 EUR (~$6,500) donation. The villa is a housing project run by educators and is a loving home for eight children and teenagers. You can read more about this story (along with pictures of the donation ceremony) in our blog.

Cute and cuddly: Fluffy!

8th August 2010, 8 a.m.

Fly the coop in our brand new game, Fluffy. It´s a world inhabited by bird brains, sweet chicks and crazy crows! What will you be? A shooting starling, a wise old owl or are you just a dawdling duck? Give Fluffy a try and find out for yourself!

Fluffy is simple: just shift and slide rows either horizontally or vertically to create groups of three or more identical birdies. Your missions are displayed at the top left, and once you complete them all, you proceed to the next level. But don´t drag your tail feathers, because time is as scarce as hen´s teeth!

What´s more, there are plenty of ways to earn yourself a massive score. You´ll really be raking them in for things like creating groups of four, five, or even more birdies. Clearing birds at the bottom of the screen can lead to chain reactions which can lead to scores as limitless as the sky!

GameDuell’s big Safari Bonus donation

GameDuell would like to thank everyone who took part in the Safari Bonus! Together all participants raised the handsome sum of 10.127 EUR (that's nearly $13,000)! We’ve already donated this hefty amount to the charity organization AMANDLA Edufootball e. V. in South Africa.

Soccer Match: Always a Thrilling Game!

This one's sure to make you use your head! Soccer Match, GameDuell's newest game, puts you right in the middle of the action. Donning a crisp, new US soccer jersey, you'll shoot goals for the US team and help us bring home gold!

Soccer Match is a match-3 game based on Combina and Jungle Jewels. Simply form lines of 3, 4 or 5 adjacent soccer balls to score goals in the first and second halves, each lasting 45 seconds.

Don't miss out! Soccer Match is available for a limited time only! On July 11th, the ref will blow his whistle one last time ... that is, unless we go into overtime!

Do you remember when you were a kid and liked to collect those cool sports cards and other types of cards? And with how much pride you showed them to Grandma when they were complete?

Yes, we all like to brag a little, it's ok.

Well, that's why we've taken both concepts and created these really cool and stylish new GameDuell Award Albums to automatically showcase your success.

Here you will find the different missions you will need to complete for each game to earn these awards.

You will earn a cool sticker for your album each time you fulfill a mission. And if you complete just four missions, you'll not only receive a medal, but also four new, even more difficult missions. And that's not all! In recognition of your success, you'll receive an additional item for your picture kit with each medal. Keep an eye out for these new articles of clothing, hats and glasses!

We're kicking the whole thing off with the game Roll 5. Very soon you'll be able to earn awards in more and more different games. Your favorite game is sure to be among them soon, we'll let you know when it is, so stay tuned and start completing your album!

Colorful underwater antics: Bubble Popp!

The sea is full of mysteries – just like our new game  Bubble Popp! Take a dive and discover an exciting underwater world with colorful fish, impressive coral reefs and precious treasures.

The aim of the game is simple: pop all of the colorful bubbles with well-aimed shots and collect the diamonds on the way. If you manage to open the bolted treasure chest, you will discover a special surprise waiting for you!

The pirates are back!

After a short stay on land, a new and improved version of "Pirate Ships" is back on board! The game is now faster and more stable than ever due to bigger sails and brand new ropes.

We have some information for those who haven't been at sea for a while. There are now two versions of the game: the previous version and a brand new version which does not include the smallest ship but has two additional larger ships. The following formula applies:
More ships + less water = twice the fun!

Our new pool game is making the hearts of all pool fans beat faster. In the new digital pool saloon you can compete against real opponents. But 8-ball Pool has more to offer:

Within the next few weeks, you will also be able to enjoy a lot of additional and exciting features, such as detailed player profiles, a buddylist, messaging tools, Mini-Leagues, Jackpots, ...

These features will make it more fun for you to compete against others and easier to communicate with them. After all, it is you and your fellow players that build the GameDuell community!

We have finally launched the English version of GameDuell. Soon, you will be able to compete against real opponents from many more countries. GameDuell's dream is to bring people from all over the world together so they can play games and have fun with each other.

In addition, we will soon be adding new games. Within the next few weeks, you will be able to play even more games like GhostSweeper, Spider Solitaire, DartKing, Magnoid, ...
